~ The Mastibull ~

Do you want a dog that will go above and beyond the role of the family's best friend? Looking for something different? Do you love the look of a large, well muscled, athletic dog? Like flashy colors? Do you want to get everyone's attention when you walk by with your dog? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then the Mastibull may be perfect for you and your family.

We are the founding breeders of the Mastibull. We've been breeding these guys for over 3 years now, and the results are truly remarkable! If you decide to buy a Mastibull from us, you can rest assured that you are getting the very best you can get. Many people like the idea of having something different. These guys are definitely that. They are a rare breed, not something you are going to see very often. There are very few breeders of these guys around, and like I said before, it all started right here. So if you are looking for the very best quality Mastibull you can get, look no further. We have the perfect puppy to complete your family!

What is a Mastibull anyway? A Mastibull is the ultimate family companion. They will go above and beyond to be a contributing member of your family. Whether it be guarding the kids when in danger or just keeping your feet warm in the winter, the Mastibull is proud to do it. They are extremely loyal and noble dogs, and are a true all American working dog. A Mastibull is the result of mixing the American Bulldog and an English Mastiff. Three years ago, our love for both of these breeds encouraged us to try and get the best of both breeds into one dog.

We started with our beloved American Bulldog, Cameron. She has very strong Scott bloodlines. The Scott bloodline in AB's typically have straighter legs and are a taller bulldog. Cameron is a very stocky AB. We wanted to create a breed that had her mass and muscle with a little more height. Also, through the years we discovered that the American Bulldog's typically have skin problems. This is something that we have found to be mostly corrected with the Mastiff blood. We bred her with our male Mastiff, Neo. Neo is perfect for this breeding because he is a smaller mastiff. This makes it much easier for the AB to have the puppies. Neo also ads very nice color to the mix. AB's are typically mostly white. With breeding to the Mastiff, you get a wide range of gorgeous colors. The pups are always very flashy and eye catching. We also wanted to introduce the Mastiff temperament to the Mastibull. Mastiff's are known to be the ultimate in the family companion. However, they can also be a bit on the lazy side. The AB ads the agility and athletics's. These two breeds really compliment each other perfectly. And we personally feel like they are about the most perfect dog you can get.

The ideal result of this breeding is a very unique animal. They typically are sized somewhere in the middle of a average Mastiff and an average American Bulldog. Weights usually range from 85lbs to 160lbs. The Mastibull body shows shear strength and agility. A very broad head and chest is always prominent. The Mastibull should have a square, short muzzle and usually have a black mask. A square body is desired, they must have a hind end to support the very powerful front. The body should be well muscled with large boned legs and feet to give them a good foundation. Muscle and mass if a must in the Mastibull. However they are not to be so muscled that they are stiff. Some of these bully hybrids out there look like those big muscle builder guys that are so stiff they have no range of motion. They must be able to use their muscle, and are to be agile. A Mastibull is an extremely athletic, working dog. Give them a job to do, and they will give you 110%. Colors include brindle, fawn and apricot. Usually have white to compliment this, but are to be mostly color. Dark brindle is the preferred color, with a good amount of white to compliment it usually found on the the feet, belly and chest, sometimes a stripe up the nose.

The temperament of a Mastibull is like no other. They are not to be aggressive, rather they are to be a confident and well natured dog. The Mastibull should never pick a fight, and they know the difference of when they need to take action and when to just keep a watchful eye. They do not back down easily and will give all they have to protect what they love. You will find no better friend and loyal companion than the Mastibull. To them, their family is number one. This is a breed that you can trust with your kids. You will have a guardian that wants nothing more than to make their master happy. The Mastibull is a very intelligent dog. They are easy to train, but are not for the weak of heart. We always recommend new owners do research on bully breeds and be sure that the Mastibull is right for them. You have to be firm with these guys, have a clear understanding of what the pecking order is. Again, these dogs are in no way aggressive, but proper training is a must.

Due to the fact that we are striving to breed the very best we can, we do not have many litters of these guys. We stress quality, not quantity. We have a long waiting list for these puppies and they never last long. So if you are interested in one of these very unique rare puppies, please don't hesitate and give us a call today. We are always more than happy to discuss our babies! We are very proud of these guys, and they have definitely not let us down. The people who have adopted a Mastibull from us have had nothing but praise for this breed. And rest assured that, as with all our pups, we will stand behind them 100%. We are here to answer any questions, and help in any way we can for the life of the dog!

We currently have a litter of Mastibulls available for new homes! These guys are out of Cameron. She is a very stocky AB, with a gigantic head and a extremely wide chest. The sire is Sarge, our Champion Sired English Mastiff stud. Sarge is quite the boy at around 200 lbs at just a year and a half old! Most of the puppies are fawn with the black mask and white trimmings. We do have two brindles with white as well. Pictures will be comming soon! Currently we are taking non-refundable $300 deposits. Like we said before, these guys never last long. Most litters are all spoken for before they are ready to go home. So if you think you are interested, please feel free to give us a call and we will answer any questions you might have. Shipping is available for an additional $300. Upon purchase of one of our babies, you will not only receive the best family companion you have ever owned, but also CKC registration papers, a 2 year genetic health guarantee, a puppy packet, and lifetime support from us for your puppy. All puppies will have at least 2 sets of shots and be current on wormings.

These guys are priced at $500.

What owners are saying about their Mastibull!

Here's our puppy, Enzo. Now at almost 7 1/2 months old, he weighs 91 pounds. What a GREAT puppy, and he's turning out to be an outstanding dog in every way. He's so loveable and gentle with our kids and everyone else's. He's been well socialized, and is great with other dogs. All of our neighbors and friends just love him and so does everyone else he meets!  He's very intelligent and easy to train. The other night, someone knocked on our door at 1:30 am, and Enzo was ready to rumble.(wow) That was the first time we really saw him in action as a watchdog. (right when he needed to be) Protective, but NOT aggressive. Enzo is happy to sleep all day, or play all day as long as he's with his family. His athleticism is really starting to show, and he's getting more muscular by the day. Everywhere we go, people ask about him and compliment his looks.
Thanks,

hi Sabrina,
just checkin in... duke 7 months now. last week he was neutered and weighed in @ 73 lbs. he's quite handsome. he never did look gangly, always filled in his skin. hope he's turned out like you hoped so far. he real good natured still, only barks @ our cats when he wants to play with them. or if he sees kids outside our window playing. the no barking thing has drawbacks though because he never lets us know when he wants something. well he does plop his 2ft long rope knot toy in our lap when he wants a lil competition in a tug of war.
sincerely,
Kim powers

Above is a picture of a young pup from one of our past litters out of the same parents as this litter. Even though he is not near full grown, you can get an idea of what these guys look like when they grow up. Isn't he handsome!
